There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

All boats are driven by Coast Guard Licensed Captains and go through an extensive on the water training program.

The boats are meticulously maintained to the highest standards to ensure your safety.

Have a snack and maybe a swim before taking a guided hike in the beautiful Smoky Mountains National Park.Our 12-passenger Jet Boats take everyone in your 10 passenger group (ages 5 and above) for an exhilarating and scenic ride on beautiful Lake Fontana near Bryson City. Along the way you will do the unique Hamilton spin, view a 50 foot water fall and possibly a Bald Eagle or family of otters. You'll be transported from the office to the trail starting point - at the end of the Road to Nowhere in Bryson City. The hike takes you through some of the best forest Smoky Mountain National Park offers, with towering poplars, majestic oaks, and abundant rhododendron.

At the end of the hike enjoy a leisurely snack and possibly a swim before the jet boat ride across scenic Lake Fontana and transportation back to the office. The small group size and knowledgeable guide will provide a memorable experience and an understanding of the flora and fauna of the Southern Appalachian ecosystem, as well as some of the rich heritage of the Cherokee and Scot/Irish settlers of the area.
